Shipping and Delivery
All in-stock orders are packed and shipped immediately. The exact delivery time/date is listed with each product. With few exceptions, orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day.. International shipping takes approximately 2–4 working days.
Correct Delivery Address
It is important to provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. If the address is incorrect, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Shipping costs due to incorrect addresses or any potential reshipping fees will be your responsibility.
Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL. Shipping costs are €4.25 regardless of order size, with the exception of large accessories, for which the shipping cost is €5.95 (shipped as parcel post).
If you spend €50 or more, shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Orders are shipped as letterbox parcels whenever possible. If your order does not fit through the letterbox, it will be sent as a regular parcel. You will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment and see when it will be delivered by PostNL.
Europe
Orders within Europe are shipped via TNT or a related courier. Shipping costs are €12,95. For orders over €100, shipping is free in most European countries. You will receive a track & trace number to follow your parcel.
Worldwide
International orders outside of Europe are shipped via TNT. Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed during checkout before payment. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a personalized quote. You will receive a track & trace number to follow your parcel.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.
Shipping to an Alternative Address
You can have your order delivered to a different address (e.g. if it’s a gift). During checkout, tick the box that says “Ship to a different address” and enter the desired delivery address. Once your payment is complete, your order will be shipped directly to that address.
