Return & Refund Policy

You can return your products within 30 days. No hassle – as long as the items are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, including wraps or covers. And if you're a few days late, we won’t make a fuss. We will always refund the complete purchase amount (or parts of it) within a few days to the account used for payment.

For administrative reasons, we do not offer exchanges. Personalized products or used products cannot be returned.

If a partial return brings the order total below the free shipping costs, we will deduct the standard shipping cost from the refund. If your order included a free promotional item that no longer qualifies after the return, you must also return that item.

Please return your items by standard letter mail or via your local post office. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which depend on size and weight. If the original order fit through your mailbox, it can be returned the same way.

Please include the original invoice or packing slip, and ensure the package is securely wrapped. Shipping is at your own cost and risk.
